I started my career in recruiting and over the years have sought talent for a range of small businesses, tech companies, and Fortune 500 giants. As much as I enjoyed this work, a few years later, I looked outside of my industry for something even more fulfilling.
I made the big pivot into User Experience Design and Product Management where I’m able to leverage the existing skills I have for empathy, interviewing, and storytelling and apply them to creative problem solving. One problem I’m on a mission to solve is improving the job hunting experience.
This led me to start Two-Dots Co.

What’s Two-Dots Co.?
Having reviewed thousands of resumes and profiles, I know what makes a job applicant stand out or fall short. I decided to formally create a service where I could help job seekers target their biggest pain points: the stress of interviewing, how to optimize their resume, etc.
My focus is teaching long term skills for storytelling, impactful communication, and bridge building to my clients. These are skills transferable beyond job hunting like client relationships, negotiation, and more.

I offer two main types of services: One on One Sessions over Zoom to practice interviewing or Detailed Feedback on job application materials like resumes, cover letters, websites, portfolios, etc.

Prices start at $25 and depend on the amount of One on One time I’ll spend with you or how long I’ll meticulously review your job application materials with a fine-tooth comb. It also depends on the level of detail you’re looking for; I tailor my services to every client’s needs.

This answer depends on the type of service, but to start, we’ll discuss your job hunt goals and challenges over a free 20 min Discovery Session. I’ll follow up with a proposal for next steps, and if all looks good, we can start once payment has been received.

I work with a wide range of professionals at different levels and stages of their career. I can support all roles to varying degrees of detail. For example, I can’t come up with very technical interview questions for all roles, but I can help you really hone in on responding to various behavioral questions.
I have a specialty with UX, product design, and product management roles given my own professional experiences.

I used to give advice for free but realized that people take free things for granted. I’ve found that those who are willing to pay for services are in it to win it.
All this to say that my clients consider my feedback wholeheartedly. They put in the work to practice, prepare, and revise, which helps both of us get the most out of our time together.
